Things are getting prehistoric over here at the Iowa Library for the Blind and Print Disabled! We are officially transforming into the Prehistoric Investigation Agency (P.I.A.) Headquarters as we prepare for our field agents to solve the case of our missing mascot, Digby the Triceratops.
Because we only want the best for our detectives, we’ve been busy assembling your FREE Explorer Packs. We couldn’t resist giving you a tiny “behind the scenes” sneak peek of what’s waiting for those who join our “Unearth a Story: Unleash Your Inner Explorer” mission! We’ve been working hard to build a high-stakes curriculum for our agents. Behind the scenes, we are prepping hands-on activities that blend STEM, tactile arts, and learning facts about different countries to help you track Digby across the globe.
Denise, Kate, and Josh are back with a high-energy 8-week schedule packed with critical thinking, immersive Zoom Room sessions, and solo projects built just for you. Plus, agents can earn exclusive dinosaur stencil character badges by completing their weekly missions. Can you collect all eight?
