IMC FAQ Friday: School Begins Soon!

Each Friday the Instructional Materials Center Team will provide answers to questions asked by educators throughout the week in the IMC FAQ Friday post. We hope these are helpful as schools place orders for students who need accessible educational materials.

If you have not yet ordered materials for your student, now is the time to take action. Establishing a precise pacing guide with specific dates for course materials is essential for ensuring everything runs efficiently. This step will guarantee that materials are produced and delivered in the correct order and on time. Use the pacing guide feature in Athena to set firm deadlines for each chapter or unit.

Additionally, it is important to keep the boxes and packing slips from our library shipments. This will streamline the return process when your student is finished with the materials and save you valuable time. Your proactive approach to these tasks will contribute significantly to your student’s success.
