Each Friday the Instructional Materials Center Team will provide answers to questions asked by educators throughout the week in the IMC FAQ Friday post. We hope these are helpful as schools place orders for students who need accessible educational materials.
There’re some things that you can expect to see with every shipment of materials. Below is a list of things to look for when you receive a package from us.
- For every order item we include a packing list. This piece of paper contains the book information, volume information, student name and shipping details.
- On the top of the box, we include the school year stamped alongside your address. This is to help you know whether the package is new material or a possible bounce back of materials you are trying to return. During the summer and into the new school year this information is placed on a white label for greater visibility.
- You’ll also receive an email when your order ships, so you’ll know when the material is on its way.
