Each Friday the Instructional Materials Center Team will provide answers to questions asked by educators throughout the week in the IMC FAQ Friday post. We hope these are helpful as schools place orders for students who need accessible educational materials.
In September, we started sending leisure reading bundles to schools that signed up for this program. Below are a few common questions and answers that may be helpful:
· How are the books returned? Simply pack the books back in the original box they arrived in, flip the mailing label over, and place it back in the mail. If the label is missing, just send the box as is. If the original box is misplaced, let us know, and we’ll send a replacement for your classroom.
· What if the books are not in the right format or reading level? No problem! Email Sidney Matzdorff at Sidney.matzdorff@blind.state.ia.us and your student’s profile will be updated to better fit their needs.
· How do I get more books? Once you mail your current Book Bundles back, a new set will be sent out to you.
