Evelyn Hugo hires an unknown journalist, Monique Grant to write her biography.  Evelyn was once a glamorous movie star in old Hollywood. She begins telling her story by talking about the movies she made and her seven husbands. Monique learns that Evelyn was very calculating.  Some of her husbands she married for love, some for convenience and some for ulterior motives. As they get to the end of the interviews, Monique learns why she was chosen as Evelyn’s biographer and why Evelyn is in a hurry to get her story down.

The Bayview High group Knox, Maeve, Phoebe and Luis are out to find out how a student died under strange circumstances.  Was it part of the Truth or Dare game or was it murder? The group of students follow the clues. The conclusion is not what you suspect, and the ending was cleverly done.

This is the second and final book in the series.  Follow Lily, who has left her abusive husband and started to see Atlas, whom she has known since she was sixteen.  Atlas who at one time was homeless, is now the owner of two restaurants. Follow their life as their love blooms into a wonderful romance. Can Lily’s jealous ex-husband accept the fact that Lily and his daughter have moved on with their lives?
