The federal government Fiscal Year 2025 appropriations ended after September 30, 2025. Since funding for Fiscal Year 2026 has not yet been approved, the federal government is currently shutdown. As a result, the Many Faces Of BARD program scheduled for October 9, 2025 is canceled. As soon as the federal government reopens, Many Faces Of BARD will return to its regular schedule, which is the second Thursday of each month.
