This quick overview will create a better understanding of the different titles that a student might recieve from the Instructional Materials Center.
- Library Collection Materials showing a BRN# (Title ID#) on the Spine/Cover (Bound in a TAN Cover), should never be written in or taken apart. Please return these materials as soon as possible, as they are needed by other students. It’s important they too get the same opportunities.
- IMC Large Print Materials showing a LT# (Title ID#) on the hard copy print book, should never be written in or taken apart. Please return these materials as soon as possible, as they are needed by other students. It’s important they too get the same opportunities.
- IMC Student Materials showing a PTB# (Title ID#), worksheets (braille on-demand, quick turnaround, etc.), should not be returned to the Library as they are the student’s personal copies.
- The BRN, PTB and LT numbers can be located on the shipping package/box the materials were mailed in. If there is any doubt, please feel free to contact the IMC staff about returning those particular materials.
- ISASP Practice Materials are bound in a BLACK cover and must be returned to the IMC. Please do not write in these materials or, take them apart (damage), as they are used by other students, TVI’s and Para Educators and, are the property of the Library. If the TVI or the Para Educator desires a separated print copy please contact the IMC and they will provide it in an electronic form.
