It is official! In the next few weeks, the 2018-2019 school year will be coming to a close!
Wondering what to send BACK to the Iowa Department for the Blind, Instructional Materials Center?
No problem, we have you covered!
The Instructional Materials Return Checklist:
- All books with a BR, BRD, BRN, or LT label
- All books that are labeled “Please Do Not Write in This Book Property of IA Department for the Blind (Please Return)”
- All books with a reversible mailing label
- Please return all volumes. The spine or front cover will have number of volumes. Example: 1 of 10. Ten volumes make the book complete.
- If you don’t have the original box(es) the books were delivered in, simply package the books carefully and mail back to:
- Iowa Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, 524 Fourth St., Des Moines, IA 50309
- For free postage, write Free Matter for the Blind and Physically Handicapped in the upper right hand corner, where the postage goes. Next, just mail back the package.
