Each Friday the Instructional Materials Center Team will provide answers to questions asked by educators throughout the week in the IMC FAQ Friday post. We hope these are helpful as schools place orders for students who need accessible educational materials.
You can easily track the status of your orders in Athena!
On your home page, select the second to the last icon from the left panel, Order Items. This will bring up a list of each order submitted for the school year, along with the status for each.

The different statuses you will see are:
- Assigned to Coordinator: Your order is being reviewed by a coordinator.
- Approve Order: Your order has been approved.
- In Production: Your order is being produced.
- In Circulation: Your non-consumable order has been mailed out.
- ElecMediaShipped: Your electronic braille order has been uploaded.
- Closed: Your consumable order has been mailed out.
You’ll also receive an email when your order ships, so you’ll know the material is on its way.
