IMC FAQ Friday: Returning IMC Materials

Each Friday the Instructional Materials Center Team will provide answers to questions asked by educators throughout the week in the IMC FAQ Friday post. We hope these are helpful as schools place orders for students who need accessible educational materials.

Please remember to return your library books once your student has finished using them. Keep your boxes and packing slips from your original shipment, as they will help you return your items easily.

We received several partial book returns this past week, where students still needed some volumes. As a result, we had to retrieve and return those volumes. To make tracking easier for everyone, please wait to return all volumes of a book rather than sending them back a few volumes at a time.

Each box containing collection materials includes a Free Matter return mailing card. When you’re ready to return your materials, simply flip the card over and place it inside the pouch.

If you need additional labels, you can find our return address in the bottom right corner of your packing list. Feel free to cut it out and use it. Thank you for your help!
