Each Friday the Instructional Materials Center Team will provide answers to questions asked by educators throughout the week in the IMC FAQ Friday post. We hope these are helpful as schools place orders for students who need accessible educational materials.
Our Library provides a large library collection with over 200,000 titles. It also includes over 5,000 educational materials available and ready for use at no cost. We are always looking to expand our collection of textbooks, workbooks, and online curriculum, which will be provided at no cost.
It’s never too early to start planning for the next school year. Please take a moment to submit your requests in Athena for the 2026-2027 school year. First, go into your Profile (icon in the upper right corner), go to Students, select your student’s name, Edit Student and update the Grade level for 2026-2027 and select Submit. This will re-verify your student’s Chafee Eligibility Plan for the new school year.
When you start your order, be sure to select the 2026-2027 school year from the drop down. Pacing guides must be entered with the dates each chapter/unit is needed in class so we can ensure timely delivery of materials.
