You can easily track the status of your orders in Athena. On your Orders page, you will see the status of your order as it moves along in our system.
- Assigned to Coordinator: Your order is being reviewed by a coordinator.
- Approve Order: Your order has been approved.
- In Production (shown at the Order Item level): Your order is being produced.
- In Circulation: Your non-consumable order has been mailed out.
- Closed: Your consumable order has been mailed out.
