You can easily track the status of your orders in Athena. On your Orders page, select view order from the list, and you will see the status of your order items as they move along in our system.
- Assigned to Coordinator: Your order is being reviewed by a coordinator. If you mailed in print, this will remain your status until we receive the print in the mail and can verify the book.
- Approve Order: Your order has been approved.
- In Production: Your order is being produced.
- In Circulation: Your non-consumable order has been mailed out.
- Closed: Your consumable order has been mailed out.
