STEAM on the Ridge: Systems in Orbit

On Friday, July 31st, the library will participate again in Steam on the Ridge in the Oakridge neighborhood in Des Moines. This incredible community event provides students in grades K–8 with hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) activities. The Library will be providing a hands-on Braille activity for the students. We are thrilled to be part of this event for the fourth consecutive year!
