It’s not too late to register for this exciting Engineering STEAM Workshop, presented by STEAM STARZ—empowering dreams and illuminating futures! This hands-on, one-hour program will take place on Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 2:00–3:00 PM at the Iowa Department for the Blind. Recommended for ages 7 and up, the workshop is open to up to 25 participants, and registration is required.
Attendees will explore the world of engineering and related careers through engaging, hands-on activities. Families will have the opportunity to use LEGO®, bristle blocks, and pixel art bricks to construct, create, and problem-solve while learning foundational engineering concepts in a fun and accessible way.
