As you prepare for the end of the 2018-2019 school year, please use this letter as a guide on how to continue with the Books for Kids program through the summer AND the 2019-2020 school year.
- The last shipment of Books for Kids materials with a designated school address will be sent out the week of May 6, 2019. A list of all books checked out to the student will be e-mailed to listed TVI and mailed to the home address if a student is receiving books at home.
- Please return all Books for Kids materials to the Iowa Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped by June 7, 2019. This will ensure that we can complete a proper inventory of our youth collection.
- If your student would like to receive books at home during the summer, please provide a home address and home phone number. Please let us know by contacting Lois Crozier at Iowa Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped: (515)281-1295 or lois.crozier@blind.state.ia.us
- ALL students MUST be re-registered for the 2019-2020 school year Books for Kids program. With grade, school, interest, and home address changes, we think this will help improve our service. Form to update Books for Kids Registration
