Here is some information to help when returning student materials to the library and IMC:
Collection Material
- Materials that are bound: Comb bound braille books with covers; Hard copy textbooks (braille, print/braille & large print) that are not to be written in.
- Collection materials are the property of the library and must be returned.
- Collection materials are returned, via free matter, using the return mailing card the library used to send the student their materials.
- Please return all collection items asap (once the student has completed their studies) so other students can utilize the materials. Doing so cuts down on costs and delays in providing materials to students.
Non-Collection Material (consumables)
- Materials that are not bound: Print worksheets stapled to the braille page(s), materials to be written in/on and intended for a single use.
- Non-Collection materials are the property of the school district and are not returned to the library.
- A mailing label is used for non-collection materials.
