Please remember to include the title and deadline needed for each file that you upload to the order form. It is very helpful to name the electronic file so that it matches the title being requested. One more suggestion, when filling out the order form, under Student Information write your student’s name in the Student Information box. As we process each student’s order, this information is important and will help us save time and accurate results!
If print books have been requested, please send them in to the Instructional Materials Center as soon as possible. Please send to the attention of Karen Cunningham for braille or Marcella Edmonds for large print. Also, please include the name of the student with the materials.
