Each Friday the Instructional Materials Center Team will provide answers to questions asked by educators throughout the week in the IMC FAQ Friday post. We hope these are helpful as schools place orders for students who need accessible educational materials.
Is your student moving to a new school building for the 2026-2027 school year? Follow these steps to add the school to your Athena account.
- Access your Profile Page by selecting the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen
– then select Profile from the drop-down menu.
- To add an additional school, select “Add School” and search for the school.
- This is also a good time to update your student’s information. Go to Students, select your student’s name, “Edit Student,” update the Grade level for 2026-2027 and select Submit. This will re-verify your student’s Chafee Eligibility Plan for the new school year.
When you are finished, select “Return” which will take you back to your teacher landing page.
