GUIDANCE for Students Taking the BRAILLE ISASP

Imc Information

Quick update to help answer questions about the Braille ISASP

The way students take the ISASP is very flexible:

  • They are allowed to write their answers on the braille paper included with the test or they can use a notetaker and then print off their answers.
  • Staff should interline the braille answers and transfer the answers to the print answer sheet. The answer sheets should then be sent in to Pearson.
  • The answer sheet needs to be purchased from Pearson.
  • After taking the test, the braille version of the test needs to be returned to the Iowa Department for the Blind.
